By accepting these terms and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions below.

1. General Terms

By placing an order with Titoolboost, you automatically accept all Terms of Service listed below, whether you have read them or not.

Titoolboost reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service before each purchase.

You agree to use the Titoolboost website in compliance with the Terms of Service of all supported platforms, including but not limited to:

• Instagram

• Facebook

• Twitter (X)

• YouTube

• Telegram

• Other social media platforms

Service rates may change at any time without notice. The payment and refund policy remains valid even if rates change.

Titoolboost does not guarantee delivery time for any service. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Orders that are processing will not be refunded due to delays.

Titoolboost reserves the right to change a service type if necessary to complete an order.

2. Account Guarantees (Terms of Use)

2.1 Titoolboost GUARANTEES:

• Full validity of purchased accounts within 48 hours after delivery, according to these Terms of Use;

• Sale of ready-to-use (in-hand) accounts;

• Replacement of accounts that are invalid due to Titoolboost fault, including:

  • Account blocked or deleted;

  • Incorrect login credentials;

  • ACTIVE guarantee issues (ACTIVE guarantee = not canceled);

• Refund only if replacement is not possible.
  Refunds are issued only to the original supported payment method used at checkout.

3. Forbidden Usage (STRICT)

The following actions are strictly forbidden for any accounts purchased from Titoolboost:

• Using your original/local/home IP address;

• Using VPN services (paid, free, or built-in such as Opera VPN);

• Using TOR or anonymous browsers;

• Using virtual machines, emulators, VPS/VDS, or servers;

• Using IPv6 proxies or shared/public proxies;

• Using illegally obtained proxies or devices (including botnets);

• Logging into two or more accounts on the same device or proxy;

• Using prohibited software or automation tools;

• Using accounts for illegal or harmful activities, including spam, harassment, fraud, threats, or data theft.

 Required Setup:

• 1 private legal IPv4 proxy

• 1 unique device / User-Agent / cookie profile per account

⚠️ Violation of these rules voids all guarantees immediately.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Titoolboost does not provide training or usage guidance;

• Titoolboost does not store account details or sales history;

• Customers are fully responsible for saving account credentials after purchase;

• Purchased orders can be downloaded within 30 days after payment;

• After 30 days, download access is permanently removed.

5. Refunds, Replacements & Restrictions

Titoolboost reserves the right to:

• Refuse replacement of accounts that were valid at delivery but later blocked due to customer activity;

• Refuse refunds for valid accounts affected by customer error, misuse, or negligence;

• Block customers without refund in cases of:

  • Spamming support tickets, emails, or live chat;

  • Posting false, misleading, or malicious reviews;

  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff.

6. Client Confirmation

By purchasing from Titoolboost, the client confirms that:

• They have read and understood the product description;

• They will change passwords and secure accounts immediately after delivery;

• Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the order is delivered;

• ALL guarantees are void if Section 3 (Forbidden Usage) is violated;

• They agree to these terms and waive any claims against Titoolboost in such cases.

7. Service Disclaimer

Titoolboost services are intended only to improve online appearance and visibility.

• We do not guarantee engagement, interaction, likes, comments, or conversions;

• We only guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased;

• We do not guarantee that all accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or posts;

• Uploading prohibited content (nudity, abuse, or policy-violating material) is strictly forbidden.

⚠️ Private accounts are not eligible for refunds.
Please ensure your account is public before ordering.

8. Liability Limitation

Titoolboost is not responsible or liable for:

• Account suspension;

• Content deletion;

• Shadow bans or platform actions;
